I guess I was effected, or at least watched and remembered more closely than most "The Catwoman of Chanel Six" episode of the original TMNT cartoon enough that it sticks in my craw even today. After finally finding the transforming Mutations April figure I decided to draw this little piece.Related content

Reminds me about those Turtles Transmute or Transmutate figures back in the 80's. And of them was April who could be transformed.

Hard to judge, while she seemed a little aggressive, most of that was after she was being controlled (mind control collar)

Great episode, i always thought April as a catgirl was hot when i was a kid. I always had a fascination for catgirls 25 years ago when i was 4 when i watched Star Trek TAS, He-Man, Thundercats and Heathcliff as i had a crush on Kattrina, Cheetara, M'ress and Cleo.

April O'Neil was cute as a catgirl don't you think? i did since i was 7 when i first saw that episode. It's a shame she has soo many clothes on.

Remember when Selina Kyle became a catgirl on that Batman TAS? quite a boner-maker, naked and *Wolf whistle* ain't i right? i thought she was hot as that when i was 11 when i first saw that episode as it was her with Cheetara that were my first exposures to naked toon chicks before i saw Heavy Metal.
Cheetara from Thundercats, any thoughts? SCHWING! beautiful eyes and a sexy voice, how can you not resist her?

Great piece btw, Mutation April was one of my favorite Action Figures.
Mutations was a great generation of TMNT action figures... I had been completely brainwashed by the commercials, heheheh.

Just looked up the episode on YouTube and I have to say that your image knocks the socks off the original animation.
I can't say I think much of the show, which is probably why if I ever did see it, I don't remember it. I found the dialogue from the tortoise characters painful to listen to. Seriously, who talks like that? Not anyone I've ever met, that's for sure.

Unfortunately most cartoons don't age well, and as I've pointed out before, the yellow suit April era seems to be entirely forgotten. Pity, as it was effected me as a kid.

Merely okay. April of course doesn't have a big handy shell to hide other form limbs and pieces, and the way they get around that leaves her looking a bit bulky around the upper body and arms.
