Matsuri is a cheerleader and festival drummer from Planet Eden with a track-record for honesty above all else, doing and saying exactly what she feels like at all times. Her big mouth tends to get her in trouble thanks to her brutal remarks and perverse nature, but spend enough time with her and you'll realize Matsuri is one of the most open and genuine friends you could ever have. Her heart gets plenty trodden upon, hanging from her sleeve as it does, but she always bounces right back again.

Recently, Matsuri signed up for an exciting (if maybe a little shady) job to perform at a festival 'abroad', with all expenses paid by the rich and influential Kiryu Clan. What she didn't expect was for a tall, imposing woman to whisk her away to another dimension, and for the party to be as crazy as it was! At the height of all the festivities, things took a turn from exciting to dire as a Plasmagic Siphon was carried out as a parade float, spreading Summer's energy through the air as a curse of eternal partying that infected the streets of the city - nobody is able to stop their bodies from moving anymore... With Blaze on the scene, it's all Matsuri can do to tip her off on the situation and point her towards the Kiryu Clan's hideout.

Trivia:
- Matsuri met Aki at, you guessed it, a festival. The two became friends after Matsuri tried to chat her up, but got too flustered in the presence of such otherworldly beauty. This adventure marks the first time they've met since then, but Aki decides she'll try to keep a closer eye on her to keep her out of trouble when she's around.

- Being the way she is, adapting Matsuri marks one of the spots of Holograph that leans more into the tone of Hololive than Sonic. While Marine could be taken as no more 'adult' than Rouge, Matsuri's brand of pervertedness isn't something that's been seen in Sonic since some brief jokes in the OVA.
