A glowing student of the School of Knights, innocent and kind-hearted even as he tries his hardest to put on a stoic face. Temma has devoted his entire life to chivalry, swordplay and the studies of ancient history contained within the walls of his school, countless tales of legendary knights and the battles they've waged over countless centuries - his favourite being the tale of Sir Noel and the Azure Wind Spirit. He lacks much in the way of worldly experience due to this somewhat singleminded devotion, but his earnest nature compels him to give 100% in all he does, regardless.
When Sonic and Sora arrive at the School of Knight's grounds to help fend off an attack from Eggman's army, Temma witnesses Sonic fight and has an epiphany of sorts. Sonic's abilities (particularly his unfathomable speed) match up rather closely to those of the legendary Azure Wind Spirit, so Temma challenges him to a duel practically the minute Eggman's forces are routed in order to test his theory that this mysterious stranger might well be a reincarnation of that legendary entity.
