She's cute! I like her look (beautiful eye :3). Anyway, I think your drawing look bit flat... I think you could intensify the shading on her pleat and to give more contrast on her skin. otherwise, it's a good thing to try out new colouring style. I've nothing more to say; continue like this. Try and experiment, you'll make progress
