my friend, textures is what defines every single and each aspect of this geometrical GODwork...it is somethig you can not put in simple worlds, it is something you feel with your eyes and then your brain creates a huge panorama of the original picture creating a deep feeling sensation for the artwork, your gal is just amazing

Hello, I'm here from
The first thing that really strikes you when looking at the piece is the mood. It has this lovely fierceness convayed through the posses and the eyes of the characters and the snarls on their faces. They have good strong action poses and seem very grounded. I enjoy the diffrent textures you incorperated here. You've got the roughness of the stone, groovs in the fang fasenings, the softer quality of the fur, the the smoothness of the scales and skin and the crafted look of the metal. A well rounded viriety.
There are a couple of things that are a bit off though. First and formost is that the characters in the forground don't quite mesh with the the background. The background consists of these fadded-dusty colors and the charactes up front have a richer quality to them. A multiply layer with a gradient fill or an overlay layer may do the trick to blend the two together more. Another thing that would help is bring the glowing blue of the snowlepard into the background a bit. It's a cool look, but it's the only place that you see that blue. And one more thing, perhaps it's just a nit picky thing on my part, but I think it would really help to match the reds. It would help if the eyes of the panther in the back were matched with the gems and the armor eye decoration of the character up front. It would add a little more continuity.
Overall, it's a really great piece. Wonderful work on the detail.

Yes, characters don't blend with the rest of the piece very well. I agree 100% with that. Thank you for your comment

Hello! I'm here from ProjectComment to give you a constructive comment on this piece!
I'm just gonna begin by saying that I know nothing whatsoever on League of Angels (I have no idea why you tagged "blizzard", for xmple), so this is going to be based purely on the esthetic point of view.
While i do like most of the colours you used, there is something about the two main fiures that seems off, like you cut them and glued them on to a background: in a more realistic drawing, some of the dark green of the forest would be reflected on to them, especially on the armour.
Speaking about the armour, I know this is going to sound quite naggy, but he metal just doesn't look... metallic. Metal is very hard to draw, as it doesn't reflect light like other materials do. The shoulder spikes look good enough, but there's just something off about the chest plate (have you tried looking at pictured of actual armour? References can be quite helpful... here's an example of armour at the right angle i.pinimg.com/736x/8e/25/a3/8e2… ). The details on the dragon-demon head look like they can be quite hard to gt right, though. Adding dents/scratches to the surface makes metal look more realistic withough having to go through much trouble with shadowing, though .
The pose looks pretty fluid, but it lacks dinamism. Try taking a look at this tutorial, I think you might get a few useful tips from it Nsio explains: Dynamism
I think an easy fix would be to just tilt the pose a bit clockwise, angling the spear point slightly downwards. Maybe next time you can draw the whole character? I love seeing kickass poses, and he would look even cooler if you could see the saber toothed tiger in its entirety twisting around his legs and snarling.
I can't find many flaws anatomy-wise (other then the intended quirks, such as the hands).
I've gotta say, the best part of this pic, in my opinion, in that saber-toothed tiger. It's just perfect! (I would have made it somewhat more prominent in the pic, but that's just my personal view).
The background is pretty good, but could be better. The trees look slightly simplistic compared to the details in the foreground, and I think the beast slinking on the tree branch would look better withought the shining red eyes. Or with blue shining eyes, like the saber-toothed tiger. Red just seems like it contrasts too much with the surrounding dark green.
That's all from me! I hope you don't mind excessive critiism!
