Welp , when the only things you have for drawing is a mouse and a shivering hand , ya gotta find an alternate way . That's how i did it :V

1- Make the basic oval shape and slap 3 color on it(starting from the darkest color of the pallete)

2 - Blur it until it appears to be gradient .

3 - The trick to make that curve thingy : make a circle of the lighest color of the pallete , make another white circle on it(a bit to the top of the other circle , so it will look like a half moon) .

4 - Then , erase a bit of the top part of the circle . Once that's done , just transform it into an oval shape with your drawing program's transform/rearrange tool .

5 - Blur the inside of the half circle a bit .

6 - Use the same gimmick for the iris of the eye , make a circle and then reshape it into an oval form .

7 - Slap it on the main eye and it's almost done .

8 - Add some random highlights on it .

Final - Just blur the highlights a bit and you're done :V
