I was trying to howl like a wolf.... epic fail;]I'm baaack in Europe. My camera battery, however, is sitting comfortably plugged in Washington, forgotten by me. But i have so many photos that it will last me quite some time to go through all of them... and hopefully by then I will have bought a new battery.
Raksha is a Czechoslovakian Wolfdog.

Raksha is so gorgeous. you can never run out of great pictures of her. i will probably have more surprise ones on the way if you don't mind i draw others. let me know what you think. i will probably start coloring this as soon as i get the chance and show you that one as well.

i will have to check that out. this breed really does fascinate me so. i wish they weren't as rare, but then again, its fine if they aren't. that means everyone doesn't have one. also though, hard to get one if you do want one.

I think they need to get less rare, but slowly. Huge surges of popularity are never good for any breed:]

i agree. it should definitely be gradual. usually when the breed becomes too popular, people abuse the idea, if you will, of the breed. Β

Hawever, before obtaining a CSW, you should carefully read what various owners or breeders say about their character and temperament. They have a strong inheritance of wolfish traits and are not dogs for everyone. You might like to read about CSWs in a forum here www.wolfdog.org, or check you Raksha's web page [link] and the links I put there. There is one breeder in Brazil [link]
