Well I guess it's safe to say that she takes after her mother. Lets just hope that she doesn't end up making deals with demon lords and discover a artifact that is poessessed by the souls of an entire race.

I actually Quite Like this but different mana has different effects when joined together. For example, when blue mixes with green it becomes more efficient at drawing, or red and black becomes a self hating card advantage machine. Blue Black on the other hand really only has mill. So id recommend something along those lines

Changes I would suggest in bold:
Have the first ability "Draw a card. Reveal the top card of your library and put it into your hand. You take damage equal to its converted mana cost."
My Reasoning: The blood payment for drawing a card with a 4 mana multicolored planeswalker weakens it a bit.
Make the second ability "Until your next turn, if an opponent would draw a card, that player skips that draw unless they pay {3}."
Reasoning: So she doesn't screw over your instant card draw and doesn't entirely lock your opponent out of the game.
The ultimate is perfect, you just need to put a "the" between "to battlefield".

Hm, I don't know. I feel like that +1 ability has a lot of potential to backfire. Hard. Have you play-tested this?

most of the time you will hit lands

It's a good combo with Jace, The Mind Sculptor who can "BrainStorm" each turn... for exemple.

I don't think a plainswalker should ever hurt the player. Plainswalkers should only ever help the player (like all the other plainswalkers. 'Cause this plainswalker would very easily kill its user.

It seems like Liliana really did have feelings for Jace, but she has those pacts with those 4 demons (what a slota), so she had to fufill her pact over her love for Jace, becuase if she didn't, she would get raped.
And Jace was just hurt becuase he had no fucking clue how Liliana felt, and he loved her too much to read her mind.
But near the end of Agents of Artifice, He says something about giving her a chance, or something like that, but he leaves her in Tezzeret's tower, instead of going back to tell her Tezzeret is now "dead."
So I am pretty damn sure that Liliana and Jace are going to get back together. They fucking better. My girlfriend and I are going to cosplay for next year's comic as them, and if they're not going to be back together by then, I know I'm going to get a lot of shit going to the MtG room there.

i was just thinking about taking two unlucky draws, lemme think, somethin playable, like 1 Mikaeus for 6, a Griselbrand for 8, and you're screwed. Methinks it would be better to have it damage you for a fixed LP, like 1 or 2. But it's only my opinion. ^^

Thoroughly Badass. And who knows, Jace and Liliana were pretty cozie for a while, you know till that whole epic betrayal thing. There's a couple of semantics issues on the last ability, but awesome. Did you make this illustration? It kinda rocks.
