i love it. This would be a timeline where she took after tefari or jhoria of the ghitu instead of Jaya Ballard correct?

Correct.

This is very good; it reminds me of Jace in both appearance and abilities.

I thought Candra was a fire Planes Walker?...

She was originally red. Back in time spiral/planar chaos/future sight there were a set of cards that were color shifted also know as time shifted. They were functionally identical, but in different colors such as
Akroma (red) versus Akroma (White) Β or
Blood Knight (red) versus Black Knight (black)
So the idea I had was to color shift Chandra to blue. I also made a green Jace , a white Liliana , and a Black Elspeth . I hope you get a chance to check them out (and my other work if you like it).

Oh.. I actually have the book of those sets... I'll have to read them and figure the details.. Thanks!

I think this should be nerfed somewhat:

0 Take an extra upkeep phase after the first upkeep phase
+1 Put target non-land permanent on top of owner's library
-3 If activated before combat, there is an untap phase before the post-combat main phase
-10 If you have no emblems, you gain an emblem that states:Β  Sacrifice this emblem: At the beginning of your next end step, take an extra turn.

I do not understand how this is a nerf to my card when all the abilities are strictly better than the ones I proposed, also you made yours a four ability walker which I try to avoid when I create cards due to how over powered they tend to be.

As mentioned by ellimist90 being able to always mess up the draw for an opponent is crazy broken. Say you drop the planeswalker when the opponent only has one creature on the field and no cards in hand. You can put it to the top of his deck right away and Chandra would never get hit again.

No planeswalker should have a way of locking down the game entirely on his own.

Mindsculptor was pretty damn close and look how that turned out.

Think that +1 would be stupidly broken. It's like telling your opponent: "If you want to keep drawing cards, you better not play anything."

Where would an extra main phase come in useful? Β I'm curious.

As Bloodmoon stated it is to keep the game from imploding, similar to how cards like Relentless Assault work.

Ah, I see, I wasn't thinking about the fact that it could be played any time.

Yeah, taking extra phases etc. can lead to bad stuff happening to the game if you are not explicit about what happens. I figure you can only activate at sorcery speed so logically you would take a main phase after it.

It is part of the wording same as taking an extra combat step. I needs to stipulate the following step.

The main point of the ability is doubling upkeep triggers.

I love the idea but the wording for the emblem probably has to be something along the lines of "At your endstep, if you haven't taken multiple turns in a row, take an extra turn." Otherwise there's probably some interaction that makes her give infinite turns on her own.

I was looking at the legendary sphinx, Medomai and Lighthouse Cronologist . The idea is that if you just took an extra turn you get no second extra turn from Chandra. if you come how cast Time Manipulation (or similar) during an opponent's turn it would be an extra turn and you would get no bonus from Chandra because the card says "extra turn."

Perhaps: At the end of each opponent's turn, take an extra turn.

I liked the Medomai effect more than the chronologist effect, so I went with that for the emblem. I play lots of multiplayer commander, so I wanted to give you a reward, without totally locking out the other players.
