First Appearance: Prometheus #1 (December 1997)

Story:
A dark reflection of Batman, Prometheus was raised by criminal parents, who were gunned down by policemen right in front of him. Dedicating his life to destroying the law, Prometheus traveled the world and trained in the ways of murder. Clad in an armored suit that maximizes his natural skills, he is a master assassin whose physical and mental abilities rival Batman's own. One of the many hired by Falcone to off the Batman, while also setting site on the entire GCPD for his deep hearted for those who dared to become like those who had murdered his parents. When they first fought, Prometheus proved to be a formidable opponent and had even succeeded in killing high ranking members of Commissioner Gordon's police force. However, he like his co-assassins was defeated by the Bat, and stopped the criminal from killing the captured Commissioner. He would then be sent to Arkham Asylum, where he would befriend Astrid Arkham, the daughter of the asylum's director. Eventually, he would be made into one of the Arkham Knight's high ranking generals in her war against the Bat-family, the CGPD, and his former employers when she unleashed all of the inmates of both Arkham and Blackgate onto Gotham. Prometheus like many sought to get even with the Batman who had defeated him, and gladly didn't hesitate in accepting Astrid in her offer to "cleanse" the city once and for all.

Dream voice actor: Peter Weller. Seeing as though he had played Batman in The Dark Knight Returns movie years back, I found it fitting to have him play an anti-Batman, and I truly believe that Peter has the right range to voice this character. Especially since Prometheus is begging to be placed in a cartoon. I'm gonna go on record and say that THIS should have been arch enemy of Batman when Beware the Batman came along.

Notes:
1. Like Catwoman, Prometheus is ripped straight from the Arkham Asylum bio art, with a few adjustments of my own.
2. I do want to see Prometheus in a cartoon or new Batman show. All we got so far was an appearance of a Prometheus in Arrow, and that barely counts.
3. He has been a rogue that I've been trying to get to. But for some reason I've had trouble with him. It's not that the design itself is hard or anything, but I guess I had more of a hassle of picking what to do for him.
4. Out of all the anti-Batman characters that we've gotten over the years, I somehow gravitate more towards Prometheus, either that or Owlman. Maybe it's because he has a simpler design, or he's more close to being a mirror image of Batman. Again, besides Owlman.
