This is a sketch for a new major character in the BLR´s story, She is Jadeline Palma a.k.a. "JP" or "The owl"

A very strange woman, does not show much personality at first glance, She looks very depressed and creepy(especially when she smiles O_O), but underneath is a good person who cares about others, although she tends to act terrifying and sadistic against her enemies,

JP is like an owl, is able to fly and see in the dark, and in spite of her physical appearance can attack agile, fast and silently without anyone even see her(like a ninja). She is able to regenerate when someone hurt her,

This mysterious woman was a subject of study of the secret corporation "Pandora", she has more than 200 years, nobody knows how she became a owl-woman, but for some reason she can not die... JP was a secret that had locked up for many years until she managed to escape from that prison, time later she helped other mutants to escape and hid them from the corporation.

After she escaped from the corporation, she was who designed the "weird" suits to adapt the different powers of the other fugitives(like VI, BLR, MM twins, KC, etc)

I still I have many details to fix before showing more about my story, so please need opinions or any other comments, thanks
