If you double-click the PlayPause.exe (in the Controllers folder) does it play and pause iTunes?
If it does, then you've followed my instructions wrong, or I wrote them badly. Hopefully you can work it out for yourself.
If not, then the latest version of iTunes is probably not compatible with the way that the .exe file tells iTunes to play and pause.
An awesome alternative to this is to download CD Art Display. The website is a little convoluted, it's a tad tricky to download too, but it's a great piece of software. There are heaps of amazing skins for it too. Like this one [link] and [link] and a whole bunch by Otisbee [link]

I used it very nice this would work on objectbar as well wouldnt it? its all a matter of shortcuts...

just so everyone knows. this works fine on ObjectBar 1.65 as well. all you need to do is create a shortcut for each button and use the icons and the controller .exe's provided in the pack

If you read the instructions (if I wrote them correctly) the folder you should add as a toolbar contains the shortcuts--not the .exe files.
