I whipped up some images for a widget.
The lines are to demonstrate where you can split the image in order to size it, ie, stretch the middle section.

Posted it in scraps because it's way quicker than photobucket. And there aren't shit ads.

It's interesting in terms of transparency too, for example, overlay over top of an image and you'll notice it seems to only show some things thru it, probably just the purple doing a filtering effect...
