Now this is something I was working on to seal 2o12. It's a more proper, finished version of this experiment: [link]
I had fun but it was hard to do due to limitations of space on desk.
A3; mech pencil o.5 with 2B core.

edit: added more shadows on chest to fit with the rest of the body. Now the drawing is complete.

Yes, Ivy on the right.
Praise the Sun - as in story, Sun or Sol is representation of ultimate creator and destroyer for both Ivy and Ethan as they are both firestorm element and can utilize it's power.

Interesting difference on the sides as opposed to the skulls shot with arrows. Either would work, I couldn't say which would be my favored one. I can't quite make them out...the ghosts there, my first inclination would be his parents?
I hate that you even made the bow string stand out a catch light >:c 100% done with you.

I couldn't make shot skeletons fit properly and get them arranged well...

Praise the Sun - Ivy's tragedy led her down the path of destruction and death. She only fears the Sol/Sun as it is the ultimate creator and destroyer in her eyes. As Ethan is only descendant of her will, he also believes that Sol or Sun god is ultimate power on mortal world.

Never forget as in not forget where he came from, who were his parents and ancestors, what happened to them , why all of it happened and what is his purpose and will of his parents.

Bow string was easy. You take to blank pieces of papers> put them on the drawing very close to each other> erase part of the drawing in between the paper sheets> ???> profit

Hvala. Sredina crteza nije paralelna. Malo se siri dole da bi makar malo stvorio utisak piramide i da pribije lika vise za zemlju.

kako god, sama težina lika je već dočarana kroz senku,po meni na kolenima i dreperju. Plus moram pohvaliti jako lepo korišćenje linearnijeg senčenja gde se linije kreću u specifičnom pravcu, čak me podsećaju na dinamičnije senčene scene koje radi Hiroka Samura

Paaaa... ja ti jedino mogu savetovati da pogledš neke stvari iz stripova Blade of the immortal. Ima na netu, a i bilo je jedno vreme kod nas da se kupi na trafici (za pravo čudo). Heh nemoj da te neki radovi uplaše, čovek ima dobrih radova,ali nažalost kao i većina japanskih umetnika uvek postoji neka nenormalno perverzno-bolesna serija radova, po kojoj postaje više poznat...

Nego kako pokrijes veliku kolicinu papira sa senkom, jel koristis ugalj ili to polako sa olovkom?
Posto vidim onog dedu sa nekim amuletom iznad Ethana, pa me zanima kako si odradio to gore, mislim sta si koristio da pokrijes crnom/senkom toliku povrsinu papira?
