Hello ! This is a really nice work ! That pokeworld map is the best I have seen (I also love the one you made in 2016 in HGSS style). May I ask you a question though ? You understand Unova is on the North American Plate right? it's on the opposite side of the world from Kanto (it was stated and shown in the Anime)

Kanto,Pokemon Island, and Sevii Islands(Yellow, Blue, Green, Red, Gold, Silver, Crystal, Fire Red, Leaf Green, Heart Gold, Soul Silver, and Pokemon Snap), Orange League, Johto(Gold, Silver, Crystal, Heat Gold, Soul Silver), Hoenn(Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald), Sinnoh(Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum), Unova(Black and White), Orre(Pokemon Colliseum), Fiore(Pokemon Ranger), Oblivia(Guardian Signs), Holon(Pokemon Trading Card Game), Almia(Shadows of Almia), and Mystery Dungeon Regions(Red and Blue Rescue Teams, Explorers of Time, Darkness, and The Sky)

Not to insult you, but you got this from Serebii. Its is known to be wrong. They have Sinnoh to the south of Johto and Kanto. It's in the north. Because its Hokkaido. There's a picture of Unova and it's on the opposite side of the planet.
