You may or may not have heard of a "singer" by the name of Azealia Banks. I put singer in quotations because she hasn't released any noteworthy songs, since she's much more famous for her Twitter rants than her music. Recently, she landed herself in hot water after harassing a French couple on a plane and using homophobic language towards a flight attendant. But that's just the tip of the iceberg in regards to her atrocious viewpoints.

I can't stand Azealia Banks because she's an ignorant psychopath. She can't stand white people, thinks we're all racist, and she's living proof that not only white people can be racist. She makes the black community look bad. Seriously, some of the stuff she says makes her look like the black version of David Duke. In her most recent tweets, she called "whiteness" a mental illness and how people of the world are drowning in "white language, white culture, white religions, and white ideals".

Here's some of the other stuff she said on Twitter and in interviews:
She demanded that the US pay over $100 trillion in reparations for slavery. First of all, the whole reparations for slavery idea is bullshit, and second, I don't think we have that kind of money since we blew off so much money in Iraq and Afghanistan. Azealia Banks constantly complains about slavery and feels that she's entitled to money from the government because her ancestors were slaves.
She said that she hates America and she hates everything about it. You don't have to live here, you know.
She started shit with a random guy who happened to be a descendant of an 18th-century slave owner. She called the guy a cracker and demanded details about his finances. She even demanded that descendants of slave owners should have their houses burned down and their finances seized.
She said that the typical white American girl "works at Kmart and has a racist grandma". Um, my sister doesn't work at Kmart and our grandma isn't racist.
She started a feud with Iggy Azalea. I don't like Iggy Azalea either, but I think Azealia Banks is way more racist. She also started profanity-laced feuds with over 15 different celebrities.
She described people in Middle America as "racist conservative white people who live on their farms". Way to overgeneralize a whole group of people, Azealia.
She said that black people must learn to "kill and sicken white people without touching them".
She frequently makes use of homophobic language despite identifying as bisexual.
She justifies her use of slang by saying that "English was forced upon us".

And she's said a lot more stuff too.

Seriously, I wonder why she hasn't been banned from Twitter or any other social media. She's one of the most selfish, obnoxious attention whores in the entertainment industry. It's not a good thing when you're more well-known for your disturbing behavior than your music. I'm honestly surprised she still has fans (probably not that many, though) despite her atrocious behavior. And if she likes stereotyping people in Middle America as racists who live on farms, she should look in the mirror, since she's a walking stereotype herself. She fits the "angry black woman" stereotype - and plenty of other black stereotypes. I swear, people like her really set the black community back. She deserves to have her computer taken away.

Don't even bother to argue with Azealia Banks. Just don't buy her music, download her songs, or go to any of her concerts, and if she's on TV, feel free to change the channel or press the mute button.
