I got hold of some bad paper a few weeks ago, and it's very frustrating. I also bought some "watercolour canvases" that's a canvas on which you're supposed to paint watercolour. Unfortunately, they're covered in gesso, so it's like trying to paint on plastic. I've decided to paint in oil on them instead. What a waste! Well, take your time.

That must be what i have then, it looks like a canvas print on the paper but it just doesn't seem to work the same, i was thinking of using acrylic on them

I have some canvas paper as well, but it makes for an interesting effect with watercolour. I used some to make a map of Scotland in watercolour for Pepper, but I usually use it for acrylic.
