I think the problem with feathers is that they're sort of hair like in the definition, but fuzzy in some parts. What's difficult is blending the feathers into the horse's coat too. There needs to be a slight transition from horse hair to feather. Your quality is amazing, though.

I think you did brilliantly on the wing. I just think it should have been tipped back a little bit. But I love the feathers. Very soft/rough/featherish.

I used a wing off a Cockatoo so i was a bit limited to angles but your probably right, maybe next time I attempt one

It looks great, teh only advice I would give is that the wing seems almost like it's just stuck to the neck, it might need some hair overlaping it...just a thought....
