Description
As a sequel to last year's Godzilla month art challenge, I have been doing monster drawings from 'Ultra Q', 'Ultraman', and 'UltraSeven' for the month of June. I love how insane these suits get its like they were trying to push the artform to its limits to see what would happen!

Cool lineup of monsters again, they all have so much personality put into them
Peguila looks quite menacing, Red King looks ready to kick ass, Seabozu looks appropriately undead, & Zaragas looks like his power level just went over 9000 XD
P.S. excellent work on Aboras, love that guy, don't care if he's a modified Red King costume, Red King never spat monster melting acid or came as close to beating Ultraman as Aboras did >;3

Aboras was one of the many cool redesigns in the sadly underrated 'Ultraman Powered'. Not a flawless show by any means, but it did do justice to the old monsters, and Aboras and Banila came out looking great.

This one just floors me. You really captured a lot of the personalities of these monsters. The current "flamboyant" Dada and his three faces. The boxing and always ready to fight Red King. The "if you strike me down I will rise up even more powerful" Zaragas. And the undead Seabozu.
Yeah my god...these are wonderful. Just full of life and personality
Btw, Peguila is my favorite Ultra Monster

Pegila is easily my favorite Tsuburaya monster; it's a damned shame they never really used him outside of 'Ultra Q' (I think his only appearance in the 'Mega Monster Galaxy Battle' whatever series was as a corpse).
Dada is a close second; both a lot of fun and a lot of hassle to draw (namely those stripe patterns).

It is a pity really, Peguila possessed some pretty cool powers in Ultra Q that would have made him an epic foe for Ultraman to overcome, and honestly, probably a much more worthy foe for Red King than his look alike Chandorah XD
P.S. WHY is Red King named Red King if he isn't red? THIS QUESTION NEEDS ANSWERS!!! XD

Agreed. Pegila coulda' been a contender. Perhaps his costume was falling apart too much or maybe they just wanted "new" monsters.
As for Red King, I think his name is one of the many recycled ones used for monsters that were eliminated in the concept stage (see "Woo").
