Background
History:
    Gai’s family struggled with financial issues since the beginning and things only worsened when his father walked out shortly after he was born. His mother and eldest brother of the four children struggled to make ends meet by working multiple jobs. By the time Gai had reached his early teens his other two brothers had joined street gangs in order to get the resources they needed, feeling like the job route didn’t give them what they needed when they needed it. Gai, despite greatly admiring his eldest brother and his mother, also turned to a life of crime. His education was only kept afloat because of his endless cheating on tests and homework assignments, so finishing school and going to college seemed like unlikely.
    Gai became the underdog almost immediately upon entering his gang and never rose to a higher position. He was small, weak, his hair and skin made him a subject for ridicule. It was easy to push him around and get him to do the most shitty jobs possible. He always felt regret when he did jobs that hurt other people, but did them regardless in order to please his “friends”.
    While doing a job with his crew, things got out of hand and Gai got left behind to take the fall for everyone. This was the crime that got the c0’s attention. This, along with a record of smaller crimes, was reason enough for c0’s to give Gai the opportunity for a full ride at the institution. It was either enroll in the school or receive punishments for the crimes he committed, so Gai decided to attend the school in hopes of being able to do things the right way. He thought the Special Division would offer him even more good things but now he realizes that’s not the case.

Personality
(+) Resilient.
Physically, Gai is surprisingly resilient when it comes to taking a few hits despite not being very good at attacking back. This is something that he wants to work on though. Even though he might not seem it, he's also resilient in an emotional and mental aspect. He can handle seeing and experiencing some crap and not be super affected by it though he may overreact for other reasons (See other traits below).
(+) Loyal.
He's very dedicated to his family and friends. He'd do anything for them, even if they would never give anything in return. His loyalty is something to be earned, though. He won't follow order's just because they're orders. If he doesn't feel like he has a reason to respect someone, he won't. This has caused him problems with law enforcement.
(+) Honestly has good intentions, I swear.
Even though he teases people a lot and says mean things at time, he doesn't mean to actually upset anyone. If anything, he sees most people as a potential friend. He's also bad with doing the work he's supposed to. Doesn't mean that he doesn't want to learn or achieve stuff, he just would rather do something that yields immediate results.
(+/= ) Artistic.
For people that have seen Gai around, they've realized that he has....a special talent for making outfits. This can be good or bad depending on what you've seen LMAO. He makes really weird outfits most of the time, but recently he's begun to take a more professional stand on his designs. With enough practices, he hopes to make things that are actually visually appealing to someone other than himself. Same thing goes with his drawings.
(= ) Persistent.
Persistent and stubbornness pretty much mean the same thing when it comes to Gai. He doesn't like giving up on things he really wants. Or really doesn't want. Either way, he's going to keep doing what he does until he gets the results he wants. When he does give up on something, it's either temporary or he's found something else to give his attention to. This persistence comes in handy in some situations where it's more serious but for everyday things sometimes this trait can be a bother to people.
(-) Loud af.
He's obnoxiously loud. He yells a lot and fluctuates and exaggerates the volume of his words constantly when it's unnecessary. Even within the chatroom he types like how he talks. He likes getting attention so talking loud is a sure way to do it. He also just gets really excited so sometimes he talks louder than needed.
(-) Filthy Memer.
Knows a concerning amount of memes, many of them dank. He likes to bring them up and talk about them, make jokes out of them. If he finds a meme that's fitting with someone, he'll keep referring to it when he's with that person. //Looks at Dick
Gai also enjoys singing meme songs, unfortunately. He will sing them to whoever whenever.
(-) He’s fucking child.
Between being loud and a memer, Gai acts pretty childish. He's pretty immature and prefers being silly rather than being serious and tries to get others to do the same. His short height doesn't help with his childish demeanor, it only makes him seem younger. Raging imaginary battles against groups of people, stealing others foods, and being lifted up are some other childish pastimes of his.
(-) Faux confidence
This ties in with his loudness, providing some kind of persona that he really doesn't have. He likes acting like a badass who's six feet tall and full of muscle but in reality he's a short chihuahua thats all bark and no bite. Really, it's all just empty threats, though he'll try his best to fight back. With training from various individuals, Gai hopes to become more bite then he is bark. Until then, he will continue to throw around big threats with nothing to back them.
