Description
The Elder Scrolls - Skyrim. It's one of the more enjoyable titles I've played in recent memory, and every bit as addictive as crack. (Or so I've been told.)The attention to detail in Skyrim is simply staggering. From the majestic misty mounts which dot the landscape, to the tranquil forests brimming with lush plants and woodland critters (all of which make for excellent target practice, speaking as a master mage.) But I've found that the town guards really take the cake. The thought provoking observations they all to freely give as you encounter them during your adventures will bring you hours and hours of entertainment...
In all seriousness though, some of the stuff that comes out of their mouths is absolutely hilarious, like the little gem pictured above.

Exactly, I came back with 10 arrows in my head and the guard by my house was complaining about that.

Those guards seem to do an awful lot of that.

My friend started converting Windhelm guards into unicorns by shooting them in the head. She paid off her bounty, but one guard said the "Arrow in the Knee" joke with an arrow in his head.

lol, that's pretty funny. I prefer to turn the Wabbajack on them whenever they feel the need to chime in with a wise crack.

Whenever they're like "How did you do that?" after I do a shout or something, I just say "AIDS…" like I'm sorry. And everyone who is currently in the room with me laughs.

I have no idea why, but the guard looks like he's about to attack you, i guess he's alittle pissed off about the arrow in your knee, leg, arms, body.

Maybe it's just the mental image those arrows conjured up for him?

You don't say, indeed~ Also, Trenton fits well into that kind of setting!
Man, Skyrim. I wish my comp could play a monster like that, I've been hearing such good things about it.

Yeah, that's the one drawback to the game. Sorry to say. =/
But, yes Trenton does seem to fit that universe well doesn't he? The Trenton character I envisioned was an unstoppable juggernaut in plate armor. There weren't many foes who could stand more than a few blows from his battleaxe. When he's not out slaying dragons or dealing with bandits, he's a master smith who travels the countryside selling his carefully crafted armor and weapons.

I hope he crafts kneecap-armors good enough to withstand arrows.

if you read a little of the Lore, its explained that a particular breed of more intelligent giants than the ones that are in skyrim encountered the dwarves and called them that because of the relatively short stature compared to them, even though to us the Giants are obviously giant. but apparently the giants title of Dwarves persists even long after they are gone

it occurs to me that the guards are like real life standup comedians....they speak they're minds, piss most people off and have a knack for the obvious....i never said they were like the GOOD standups nice pic dadrick. you can just feel trenton rolling his eyes at the guard.
