Description
It's a topshell with other pic( than defaut) in controlpanel!
( For Vista x86 SP2)Be carefull: do that at your own risks!!
( take ownership( see in the comments)+create a point of restor.+desactive UAC( then reboot!), change the shell32, restart, and now its ok, you can reactive UAC!!!!!)I really thx for his bitmap!!
( of course the background depend of your theme!!)

to take ownership with a shell:
Right click on the file and go to 'roperties'.
Click on the 'security' tab.
Click 'Advanced'.
Click on the 'Owner' tab.
Click 'Edit'.
Select administrator and click OK.
Click OK on the next box.
Then OK on the final box.
Now right click on the file again and go to 'roperties'
Click on the 'security' tab.
Click 'Edit'.
Select 'administrator'.
In the bottom part of the box, tick the box to allow 'Full Control'
Click OK then OK again on the last box.
You now own that file and have full permissions over it.
Now simply right click and 'rename' the extension of the file to .BAK
Then paste in your replacement file.
