Just a quick drawing of a character I haven't drawn for ages, the lovely and underrated Quistis!
She's one of my favourite characters from FF8! I was really happy Square gave her an important role in WoFF! But to be honest, neither the japanese voice nor the English one met my expectations... I expected a more adult voice for her, something close to Lightning's one. But anyway, any Trepies around here? 
Oh, and was someone else happily surprised when Squall cared about her in WoFF, and did not send her "talk to a wall"?

Ooohh....Quistis is too attractive for me. If they ever remade the game, I would love to see them give her a LOT more in the story....

I think it would be good if every character had at least two parts of the game dedicated to him/her. Quistis has the beginning, and is very interesting....and that's it. I would love to see something developed more (or dropped and something else given instead) for her Squall emotions. Who doesn't have a student/teacher fantasy as a student?

I was so heartbroken to hear the other heroes were just summons instead of playable. Was hoping for like a chibi version of Record Keeper.

I'm a trepie! ^^ Yes... I was happy to see her in WoFF... Yes, I was also surprised Squall didn't diss her in any way.... And yes, I was initially not expecting her to have that ... voice. But you know what, maybe it was part of their intentions for her to sound inexperienced as her job as Instructor? Part of it to make her lack qualities of leadership? That's the only positive reasoning I think of ahahahha

it was a surprise to me to see Quistis in WoFF, also nice to see other FF characters
at we really don't see in other spin offs
btw got a vita and playing the game myself now, really enjoying it,
really love the pokemon type gameplay with the classic FF turn base gameplay

Best character in FFVIII. I love them all, and Rinoa's my personal favorite (mostly because she's hilarious and I see a lot of myself in her), but...Quistis is the best character, if only for her priceless dialogue.
I was also kind of disappointed with her casting in World of Final Fantasy while watching an LP of the game. The game looks quite good, especially for a spin-off, and I'm happy she's been acknowledged, but...her voice actress sounded too young, not to mention it didn't fit her personality too well, neither as a soldier or a wisecracking teacher/friend.

She was one of his childhood friends after all. I think their characterization in WoFF was when they remembered each other and Edea. The 4 of them used Guardian Forces so they forgot everything... and Irvine made them remember.
But yeah, Quistis is one of the best senpais... err, instructors ever.

It's so nice seeing a new drawing of her in your gallery after all this time and same I really like her,she definitely is my favorite character from FFVIII.I appreciate the fact that there's someone who still draws fanarts of her because she definitely deserve more love but I haven't heard her English and Japanese voice in WoFF,is that so bad? And even if I'm glad Squall cares about her I can't help it but not seeing them as a couple,Squall X Rinoa is too romantic to me to see both of them with someone else,sorry^^.
I love the details you put into the shades of her dress,your way of coloring is getting more realistic drawing after drawing and,even if in some fanarts her dress is pink,I prefer it orange and I feel like this is the canon color.As awesome as always Sensei^^.

I wouldn't say the voices they gave her are bad, they just sound a bit too young to me, Quistis is a mature woman in spite of being only 18, so I would have imagined her with a raspier voice^^ Really glad you like the drawing

je sais mais j'avais trop peur d’être un peu trop lourd sur mon coté "Tu reste depuis toujours notre meilleurs artiste qu'on va pas y oublier"
