Okay, so obviously this was made during Halloween. For those who don't get the reference (or have no clue who this is at all), this is Ryan Haywood, one of the Achievement Hunters (Achievement Hunter being the gaming division of Rooster Teeth). Specifically, this it him wearing the clothes his character wears in the GTA V Let's Plays.

Normally, he wears a grey skull mask over his head and has a reputation as being the lovably murderous psychopath of the group. During their GTA V Halloween special last October, everyone was meant to dress their characters in spooky scary costumes. But since Ryan is normally #2spooky4me , he decides to go as "Ryan the Normal Guy" with a normal face and without any murder in him at all. However, as the video progresses, Ryan's inner psycho begins to surface and the murder starts again. Michael, another Achievement Hunter, eventually makes a comment that Ryan's "mask" is slipping, referring to his "normal guy" facade.

And thus, inspiration struck! Ryan's normal face slips away, revealing the cow hoarding, murder loving psychopath we all know, love, and fear. The Mad King returns. Muahahahahaha!
