Description
A sketch created mainly for the purpose of practicing lighting turned out to look quite ok, so I ended up finishing it. I had loads of fun painting this one and it went along rather smoothly, too

I have fallen in love with her as soon as I saw her. She looks both graceful and beautiful and seductive and effing dangerous in a I-kiss-you-and-then-rip-your-heart-out way. I used to stare at her for hours when I first saw her, back when I did not have a DA account yet and could not comment. Now I can, so

I think this is my favorite out of all of your work! I love how the fingers extend into sort of worm- or talon-like points, and how the tree branch melts into the stained glass window. And the feathers look so realistic!! *applauds*

I first came across your page when I found your "Seven Deadly Sins" series, but since then I've been fascinated with you work. I love that you've given it all a dreamlike feel that's just distinct enough to seem real. That might not make any sense, but it's a compliment, nonetheless.
And I love the detail you've put into the lace that she's wearing, and that the pattern in her garment is similar to the pattern in the stained-glass window behind her.

a suggestion... the hands look awkward, they look like costume gloves, unnatural and stiff. i like the idea of extended sharp fingers, but it's not working in this picture as it is.

What an exquisite work of art. I love the dark, wickedness of this cold, predatory female being; the way she's perched up high, ready to jump and scratch you good. You really have great talent, and I admire this work tremendously!
