It's a pretty good sequence, but you should've had the Boxers turn into Panties. They would look better than Boxers. It is still an excellent sequence.

She seems to be in pain in the last frame. . .. it actually brings credibility to it.

I like it. I especially like the fact that you show the height-loss, hair growth in stages. Those are two aspects of TG that a lot of artists tend to de-emphasize. The only thing I could wish for would be some background in the last frame to give a point of reference for how much smaller she'd gotten. Maybe a sequel where she has to face life from this perspective?

Well, it's nice to see you back, bad puns and all.
I like the transformation sequence. The final product looks a little funky though. The boxers I could take or leave, but the girl's face just looks a bit distorted.
