Nah, they never changed his age, Saiyans will physically look the same until they reach their 70's or 80's, Nappa was probably in his late 30's or early 40's when the planet was destroyed (apparently Bardock was between the ages of 37 & 40), but he probably lost his hair during a planet takeover if someone tried to take him out. He took orders from Vegeta due to him being the Prince & being 3 times stronger than him
