Blade
Spilling the organs

Even this is not your image, it's still a great poem and the picture does flow with it. I don't think that because this picture isn't truly yours that you shouldn't use it. You can't be everything in life and alot of poets can't necessarely draw or paint, so it's obvious to say you'd need other artists to do them for you.
As for your poem, I love the scenery you give. It seems as though you're trying less to try covering your words in metaphores but given more of a feeling to it. I don't see too many poems like this.

Wow, wonderful contrast used. Positives stated in the beginning of the stanzas and ending with a negative image. Something like love/pain aspect. Really enjoy this. And think it can represent a few different things as well. Easily substitute in subjects to see it in my perspective too. (women aren't the only painful things to love) Luis Royo's piece is pretty fitting, I think. Except it's a tad more erotic than romantic, but think eroticism and romanticism is tied closely with the Spanish. (don't bash me for stereotyping! I have a heavy Spanish background myself!) Sorry for rambling!
