Your velvet skin

Blade
Spilling the organs

wow.. this is beautifully written. it brings so much to my mind and I can't help but love it. I think you picked a good picture, and just because you didn't make it doesn't take away from any of the beauty of the poem itself. I can feel the emotions and feelings.. it makes my skin tingle..

Ok let me first clear up something that i should have from the beginning. I am sorry to say that this is not my artwork, a friend of mine sent this to me a while back and said i could use it, i am not sure if it is hers or if maybe she got it from somewhere else. that fact made me kind of nervious to use it, but i did anyway because it was the best image i could find the visually induce what my poem was attepting to create. if anyone recognizes this as being their work of art then first i applaude you on the beauty of the piece and second i appologize on not being able to site you for your work. this submission was not about the image, it was about the poem. i hope any of you who see this do not think any less of me for it.

You have obviously put a lot of thought into this and I love the pattern of the words within the verses and the way they "get closer" - makes my heart start to beat faster as I read!! The only thing I didn't quite like was use of the word "pheromones" - kinda dulled the romantic/erotic feel of the poem...I would probably use the word "essence"...but that's just me and this is your poem so I'll shut up now!
Anyhoo, after that tasty sample I'm off to check out the rest of your work!
