Ohhh boy, here I go once more, in correspondence with something I posted on Tumblr a while back. If you wish to get the basic idea, read this post: [link]

To go more into depth, I'm a little sick of all of these folks begin all "F*** YEAH! I'M SO HARDCORE BECAUSE I SAID ANIME IS ALL ONE STYLE! NOW I'LL GO HATE EVERY LAST ONE DESPITE ME ONLY SEEING ONE!".
I've seen quite a few Animes in my time, AND GUESS WHAT SON!? THEY ALL ARE NOT THE SAME! STYLE OR STORY!

Those images in that tumblr post? Just a FRACTION of the many styles I have seen. Heck, a lot of games have had some Anime influence (Hmmm....Know what I'll be rambling on next).

And if you LOOK a bit hard at the pictures I have there, not all of them are "KAWHEEEHEEE DESHOOOO NEEEEH". Some are very far from that.

Why yes, some are stylized. Yes, there are many other art styles out there in the world. But does that mean we have to get all like we're bashing on a pinata because you feel like some hardcore guy who's only seen one anime ever and didn't like it? NO.
