It's been very warm this month, with temperatures in the low 20s C. So after building a new diffuser I went looking for something to test it on and wasn't disappointed.Tech Specs: Canon 70D (F14, 1/250, ISO 100) + a Canon MP-E 65mm macro lens (3x) + a diffused MT-24EX. This is a single, uncropped, frame taken hand held.

Looks like an aphid. There are ants that 'milk' these for their sweet fecal dew drops.
Now that would make for an interesting picture - ants farming aphids!

It's some sort of plant bug nymph, but it's not an aphid (too big).
