i have one, but with my sigma 2.8/105 i'm afraid to squash them to death before i get a picture. there's only a minimal distance between the lens and the insect. and the depth of field is very thin that i think it is not suitable for macros of living (and moving) things.

My working distance at 5x with the MPE-65mm is only 1.6" -and with the lens hood on it's maybe only a little over one inch.
