I am still polishing out the details. I want it to work like it's real life counterpart but with some minor change to reflect the theme. There should be a frag version for area damage, an insendiary one for cleansing, and some sort of stun grenage.

Details will be developed as we work along the ideas.

White holes are theoretically the opposite of black holes (they release large amounts of matter, light and energy as opposed to swallowing matter and energy and light,) so yeah, that might work. It'd require a lot of fancy exotic particle doodads though.

Yeah! Then there'd be "black hole grenades" which explode by generating a small black hole that sucks in everything around it and transports it into another dimension!
