How would this gun work exactly? I see it has a four barrels, a round each of them, and what appears to be some sort of gas/air tank. How would those work together when fired?

This looks so much like something I'm working on. That's an interesting take on a breech-loading revolver. I had to do quite a bit of thinking for mine to make sense.

It was a challenge to convert it from 2D to 3D, My references was a Volley Rifle, and a double barrel Shotgun.

TOC and MOD conversion projects are a tough thing to finish. Lots of good intentions in the beginning, but there is soooo much work that goes into one that if the core 3 or 4 people do not stick with it, then the project will usually dies a lot death of entropy. I worked n a DOOM TC back in the 90's, it took 6 months of my life, but it came down to me and 2 others to see the thing finished.
