Highly protected and multi-purpose smartphone, developed in conjunction by Russian companies ΔeltaTech Inc. and NPO "Pusk". Talisman and PUS-2030 are pretty similar models - Talisman was designed for use by ΔeltaTech's Vault project, while PUS-2030 was designed for Russian military. Most of the features are common for both smartphones, however, PUS-2030 model features additional cryptographic measures, access to Russian Military Network and some other features.

Shared features includes FM radio, two-way radio, Geiger counter, two slots for memory cards.

Radio-galvanic power elements allows it to stay operational for century. No need for recharge!
