SVU-AS did, mostly used by Russian MVD' and FSB' special forces, as well as some Belorussian special forces.

I love this rifle family so much. I have the actual SVD, and have wondered how the SVU is... probably a bit odd since the trigger is so much farther away from the look of it.... I wish they made these in left handed variants.

I've never been able to find out what the S stands for

"S" means "with bipod", from russian "soshki"
There were three variants ov this rifle:
SVU - original ptototype
SVU-A - with auto-fire mode
SVU-AS - with auto-fire mode and bipod
