ToDF (Threat of Death Factor) Toriel! I decided to design an outfit for her on a whim, and I really like how it turned out

That white stuff around her is a few fireballs, which float around her all the time to help keep her warm, as well as quite literally making her a beacon of light. In Snowdin it's always a blizzard out, and if you walk too many steps in that blind white you'll soon find yourself in a long drop. Toriel made her way to Snowdin a long time ago, using her skills in Curse Manipulation magic to assist the monsters scattered throughout there. The summer-y outfit is a very deliberate choice- bright colors, short sleeves, and light fabric that blows around like crazy are not Snowdin things. Just seeing her makes some people feel better, and sometimes a little cold, haha. I'm sure she's fine.

Toriel is an interesting case on her own, and along with her husband, she is quite the handful. Wise beyond her years, with a head for logic and mathematics, and a strong affinity that I fear will never be put to proper use again, she is his opposite in almost every regard. Of course she is also a brilliant student, and outshines Asgore in every facet of her instruction. If this precedent continues, she may well learn curse manipulation as quickly as I did, though it remains to be seen. I had quite the motivation.
One thing that she lacks in stark comparison to her husband is the smile that Asgore bears, no matter the day or weather. She is a quiet woman, who hides behind her triumphs like a wall, and deflects my words -regardless of complementary nature- with effortless elegance. I have never seen her laugh since the day that I betrayed them all, even when I lifted the fog from her mind. I worry for her, sometimes, but I catch myself. That is Asgore's job.
