it's just the redesign of her reminded me a little of a steampunk version of the Batman TAS villain, The Clock King

Well, I guess i gotta explain first is that the picture itself is kinda old, and I was hoping to do a more up-to-date picture of her (though i want to make it look bolder, but I suck at digital art XD)
And her story kinda ties in to this bigger story that i'm currently writing, so if things seem like the typical cliche of "oh, my OC knows all the creepypasta characters like Jeff etc", it does all make sense in the context of the story (kinda.. XD)
Ah well, i'll just let you be the judge ^w^

Okay so..
First of all - her outfit/dress looks very innocent. I think it suits the personality that you described + you wouldn't expect her to have such an important role as an occult leader.
They idea that she was a Youtuber before is great. Since this Creepypasta was created in 2016, it's a more modern one and suits very well.
I like the whole "Sevenmouth" idea too. I didn't read a thing like this before. Similiar for sure, but not exactly like this.
I'm still a bit uncertain about the fact that you connected her with the older/popular Creepypastas to be honest. But all in one, you did a pretty good job (:

Yeah, i see what you mean about the whole connection to other creepypasta characters, but there is a reason, and for the story I kinda made my own adaptions to the characters as well, to make them seem much more credible (even Clockwork XD)

Hmm, well I haven't given too much details in terms of descriptions (or at least here on my accounts) but I do have redesigns of them as drawings
I guess my most adapted character is Eyeless-Jack, mainly because I wasn't a huge fan of his origin story as I kinda felt he didn't need one in the first place. But since one exists, I decided to create my alternate version (plus a different outfit along with his original black clothing)
