I have only a superficial knowledge of her now. But I think she is a new type of Creepypasta.
Most of the CPs I have ever seen are serial killer, having weapons; knife, sword, handgun, and so on. But Clarisse's weapon is herself; her voice, her body, and her talk. She herself doesn't kill, but control people. And she have a certain sense of justice and a certain sense of mission.
There can be the cultists like her in the real world. Nobody can persuade these people out of strenuous exercise. Therefore she is truly creepy
And her story is realistic. it is like nonfiction or urban-legend. Setting as YouTuber is fit for the modern age.
Of course general pastas are awesome, I love these character. But I also like character such as Clarisse; not murderer but lunatic. I would like to imitate you when I write Original CP's story

Like, the top half is her "normal" self, with Clarisse wearing her cute jacket and pink shorts outfit and being on Youtube.
Then the bottom half being her in her white angel dress, inside a church with people with masks, looking evil ^w^

Nice color blending and as well proportions
The background doesn't really make sense the slender man in the back needs work but
works at the same time and the hoodie seems to have a messy look but it seems to work as well
Also, what is the shading coming from?
it looks like it coming in the front but the moon in the back which gives off a moon light but it don't really look
like that

Well, I know there are some unnatural points. But I drew this in such style, on purpose.
I wanted to draw Toby with a moonlit. And at first, I had been drawing in artless technique. It was not bad, but sober...in other words, Toby was inconspicuous.
Of course I always make a point of realistic. But in this case, I wanted to show main constituent; Toby, because I accepted request of 'Ticci-Toby'. So I drew in the style, though I knew it was unnatural.
I think it is ok that dare to disconsider reality, in some cases.
(I'm poor at English, so I might misunderstand your opinion)
