i agree with alyn, the lighting of the arch is a bit wrong. the left side is a bit too bright, since it should be as dark as the right one, which would be the logical thing since the shadow on the ground indicates this.
otherwise great work.
do u have in in a higher resolution?

awesome work yet again although i have a slight niggling about the arch, just soemthing about it, perhaps lighting, i dunno - but otherwise good stuff as per usual damnengine

Feels like the tree will pull back the apple through the arch as soon as I try to reach it ... although the sky is brighter and promises a beautiful landscape, this apple-trick is quite disturbing - I don't trust the situation ...

I love the color/hue in this, works very well. The sky behind the gate is a nice contrast to the darker sky in the foreground. Great job!

Impressive work, the difference in colour beneath the arch is a nice idea and a good way of illustrating the meaning behind the piece. Shame about the resolution, I'd like a closer look but I understand why you need to do that.
