fascinating! Each person can read there own meaning. To me it looks like our fear of the light. Yes most people are aware of the fear of the dark, but in dark we are hidden...in light everything is exposed.
Irregardless of my take on the art, you did an excellent job. Very good artwork.

Alrighty then...
I will throw in my Buck-O-Five...
The textures are really great. The lighting is also consistent and therefor great....
I see the monkey skull, didn't know it was a monkey skull until I read the other comments and saw the rebuff of the gentleman who was confused as to what it was... cave man with a cow skull was his first question... I see the arm and the hand and I see a shadow of a body, what may be the animal skin covered breast of a female humanoid something, but since I don't know if this thing has a head, I just have to assume that it is in full shadow directly behind the skull. Wait a sec... I see the shoulder, and if that is a breast, then that thing on the other side could not possibly be the other arm as it would be makeing the woman squeeze those mamaries together into one unit...
I must admit... I don't know what that person thing is... The piece is rendered incredibly effective by makeing one ask themselves... What the heck am I seeing here? What does this mean to me?
In my mind right now, I am seeing the loss of self... Without the bones of my ancestral beginnings to determine the origins of where I came from, I have no identity. No recognizable face in the future of things... I hide here in the firelight of the present, and hesitate to examine myself too closely lest I prove my own lack of worth to the advancement of my own kind, and therefor myself....

Well, when looking at it, it is very hard to distinguish... The hand is backwards from what I originally thought, and the body is not quite in the position I thought I was seeing it in... LOL...
