wow, this is really amazing. i can't settle on one mood, on one emotion this makes me feel, ya know? i can't decide if its happy and peaceful or sorta lonely. i DO know however that this piece is beautiful. thanks for sharing it!

hello. your pics are very moody, and since you capture a great look in your
trees, i have to ask you: any tips for shooting trees? i like trees, but
i think it's a bit difficult to get them right on my pictures.

anyway, lovely gallery

hey cecilie. thanks i feel the trees speak much that people neglect to listen to... most of what i have shot with trees have been sillouttes. pretty much all the images of trees in my gallery were shot with 100 ISO film on a 35mm slr camera. i would wait until sunset when i could get the sun right behind the trees to produce the siloutte and i would breath on the camera lens to fog it to get that atmosphere (the days of the shoots were all clear, no fog). the rest is just contrast adjustments, some spot editing and toning in photoshop. hope that helps, thanks so much for your words

Hm. Nice shots and editing, however I think they look strange side-by-side. Probably because of the difference in the horizon.

Would make nice seperate shots, though. It's like looking through someone else's eyeglasses...
