Wow! It does look fast, but the way she's facing away gives a sadness to the traditional hero shot. I love the reams of hair that she must somehow have fit under her helmet, and putting no other characters but the Normandy in there leaves this open to interpretation as to what Shepard is thinking about, how her relationship is with her crew, and how close she feels to the ship itself. I really like this.
