A portrait of my trainer's dogs: Chip, Kristi, Kayenne, and Bandit. It's a thank-you-for-everything present for her.

Aside from a few things I wish I had done better, I'm pretty happy with how this turned out. I really like doing cartoon art on the Artagain paper and I think doing mostly white dogs on the dark background really makes them pop! Even if it means more work for me. I actually had a lot of fun doing this. Although my hand is now cramped, both elbows are sore, and my back hurts. I guess that's what happens when you spend 9 hours hunched over the drawing table working (I did take a couple breaks). It's been a while since I've worked so hard and so long.

I hope my trainer likes this.
