Like I said, I couldn't find a tutorial for this on DA, there's a bunch on youtube but there's hard to see.I'll try to answer any questions but I'm fairly new to this thing too so I can't promise anything.
edit: This has so many faves for something I've done! I'm really glad this has helped so many people.

Anyway, after doing all that, the cape still doesn't attach to the rest of the body, or clothes, or wherever.

Well, I added the bone, I attached it to the shoulder bone and (I think) put in the right numbers like:
19- cape
20- shoulder bone
0- IK thing.

But How do you connect the vertices :U? Now that is the question! XD
