Creature exchange for Sick-Victorian !

I had a blast working on this design, I don't do insects that often but after this I feel like I should The silhouette in the top left was the original concept.

1 - What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?

The prompt was very interesting, but also a bit difficult to imagine! It was meant to be a centaur design, but based on insects without any human parts. It was written in good detail though, so that helped out a lot.

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?

I used a combination of the praying mantis and moth, pretty much mashing their features together to create both the top and lower half of the design. I decided to use one of the colour palettes provided and tried to stick fairly close to what was written :')
