+ Positive:
Sam is strong willed and rarely gives up when things don't work out, trying again and again until he succeeds. He feels horrible when pokemon get status conditions and carries around plenty of healing items. Extremely loving towards his pokemon, always taking time to play or train with them and give them plenty of treats. To friends Sam is loyal and protective, not to mention the life of the party. In general he is passionate and always ready to go do something exciting! ( Will revise later )

- Negative:

Sam is touchy as all hell making it easy to set him off over the simplest of things. He suffers from bouts of paranoia that makes Sam think people are against him. Though he loves to be around friends or go to parties, the paranoia can cause him to isolate himself for days on end. Because his job requires being hundreds of feet up a cave wall at times he refuses to work with others, thinking they may cut his rope or steal his finds. He even goes as far as to threaten other spelunkers who happen to be working near by. But this also means if he falls and can't move no one is their to help him. He takes things personally and is infamous for resorting to violence over the simplest things. He is horrified of canine pokemon, causing him to fear law enforcement and refuse battles with any trainer that sends out a canine. Sam never learned how to read ( he can make out a few words with great effort ) He also has an extremely foul mouth. Sam also is a Kleptomaniac and will steal small things ( box of matches ) and sometimes takes it up a few notches( takes other spelunkers finds ) ( will revise later )

B I O G R A P H Y

Sam grew up in Shalour city, he was a very nervous child afraid to do much of anything. He became like this after he was attacked by a stray canine pokemon, receiving a few scars and losing his left ear because of it. He couldn't even learn anything from school because he would hide from everyone in the closets or empty class rooms. Sam was so stressed about going to school everyday it started to make his health decline, so his parents took him out of classes to spare little Samuel's health. His parents were troubled deeply by this and were unsure of what to do to help their son. They decided perhaps a small vacation would help little Sam to relax and see new interesting things, so they took a plane to Unova to see the sites. Once there they brought him to see Chargestone Cave. The beautiful blue stones that float in the cave fascinated Samuel, sparking his love for rare stones and gems. Sam went to the cave every day with his parents, happily exploring every nook and cranny. At the end of the last day when Sam walked out of the cave he snagged a small blue stone, despite the strict rules against taking anything out of the cave. This sparked his habit of stealing.

After they returned home Samuel perked up quite a bit! He made daily trips to the nearby Reflection Cave, gathering strange stones and small crystals chips. With his new hobby to calm him Sam became a little less reserved every day and eventually turned in to the loud mouthed party animal we see today. But Sam has become bored of the caves in Kalos! And has decided to move to the town of Ivywood. He hears there are plenty of exciting caves around to explore and is eagerly looking for more rarities to add to his ever growing collection!
