No, I don't prefer full bodysuits. I like them to have the gloves, boots, belt and collar in darker color. Here is what I consider to be the 'canonical' Purple Vixen and LILAC uniforms:
Artists using 3D models have varying abilities to get all the accessories right or the colors right. I certainly wouldn't say no to you trying again!
