Cinnamon Black BearKootenay National Park, BC
Spent some time watching this guy feast on a field of dandylions. He was in heaven it looked like.
Note: this bear isnt angry.. hes is mid chew/bite on the yummy greens..

Is it quite easy to spot bears there? I only managed to find a grizzly

i never go out looking for bears.. but i usually find them cuz of the hours i am out and the amount of time im out. its not "easy" but its not that hard.

I'm a little bit wary of meeting bears, especially unexpectedly. I once saw a mother bear leading 2 cubs for a breakfast feast at Moraine Lake

LOL. But I did see a Grizzly tear apart the cooking shack at a logging camp in Northern BC years ago. I was visiting my sister one summer, she was a paramedic there, and we were woken up to evacuate the camp. That sure got the adrenaline going!!!!!!! What a magnificent animal though. No time to take pictures. LOL
