Did the bear not see you, or did he not care, or was he distracted or something? It seems like he didnt really mind though In the picture.

And I wasn't near as close to him as he appears in the shot!! Β Like if I used an iPhone he would appear tiny.

He just didnt care. Β He was so engrossed in feeding on the fresh greenery he did not once look up. Β Almost all of my shots he was nose to the ground pigging out except for this shot were he just moved to some more dandelions. Β I have a couple more with just his eyes showing from behind another clump of foliage. Β He never once sniffed the air or acknowledged he was aware of anyone. Β I think he simply didn't care. Β I did stop a foolish fellow from moving closer...
